We always quote you for a deep cleaning for your initial service. This sets the foundation for future visits and ensures we’re maintaining—not catching up. This is not required but HIGHLY recommended.

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive top-to-bottom clean of your home. We take extra time to:

• Remove built-up dust, grime, and grease

• Scrub baseboards, cabinets, light fixtures, windowsills, and hard-to-reach areas

• Deep clean bathrooms and kitchens

 What to Expect with Pricing:

• The initial deep cleaning will have a higher cost due to the extra time and care required.

• After that, recurring visits are charged at a flat, lower rate — as long as no services or conditions change.

• This flat rate applies to weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings, customized to your needs.

​Unlike standard cleaning, a deep clean goes beyond surface-level tasks. We focus on built-up dirt, grime, and dust in every room, including hard-to-reach and high-touch areas. It’s the perfect choice for first-time cleanings or seasonal refreshes. Our Deep Cleaning service is a one-time, top-to-bottom cleaning that takes more time and attention than standard maintenance visits. It’s ideal for first-time clients, seasonal resets, or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.
