ALL ROOMS
Dust all furniture, surfaces, shelves, and décor
Dust banister/railing
Dust vents and ceiling fans (reachable with a 3-step ladder)
Mop floors (tile, laminate, wood, vinyl)
Dust door frames, windowsills,
and baseboards
Vacuum carpets and area rugs (including stairs)
Clean all mirrors
Empty trash cans and replace liners
KITCHEN/EATING AREAS
Wipe and sanitize all countertops and backsplash
Clean sink and faucet (needs to be empty)
Clean interior/exterior of microwave
Clean Stovetop and exterior of ALL appliances
Spot clean cabinet fronts
BATHROOMS
Wipe and sanitize all countertops
Bathtub, shower, shower doors & tile walls cleaned and disinfected
Toilets cleaned and disinfected
Clean Stovetop and exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher)
Spot clean cabinet fronts
BEDROOMS
Beds made -no linen changes
Dust furniture, lamps, and nightstands
General tidying

Includes ALL standard clean items plus the following

Dust shutters and blinds
Wipe down air vents, ceiling fans and light fixtures
Wipe down door frames, windowsills,
and baseboards
Wipe down light switches and outlets
Wipe down inside of oven
Clean and disinfect banister/railing
Spot clean walls
Window-interior cleaning
Wipe down kitchen and bathroom cabinet front, drawers and handles
Upholstered furniture vacuumed
What's Included in a Move In/Move Out Clean
*We can only perform move-out/move-in service on vacant homes* with electricity and water and without biohazards.
